Goal

Show the diagnostic evidence Fenris already stores.

Scope

A dense Diagnostics panel, toggled with i, built on the Activity readout. It shows:
- critical_warning, decoded, with a warning badge in the outlook when set.
- Hourly temperature min/avg/max.
- Active / idle / powered-off / unknown split per hour and per day.
- Read volume alongside write volume on history bars.
- Per-hour coverage.
- Power-on hours, power cycles, unsafe shutdowns, media errors and available spare, with deltas over the selection.
Works in constrained mode.

Acceptance criteria

Readout tests cover each new field. Pilot tests cover toggling and rendering.

Depends on the Activity readout.
