Implement Fenris TUI polish and hourly history

What to build

Users see Fenris identity once in the titlebox and vendor wear grouped with Drive health, while all shipped dashboard clarity behavior remains intact. Covers TPH-1/11.

Implement the approved companion contract and applicable TPH acceptance amendments linked from the parent. Preserve the frozen redesign, lifecycle/security boundaries, existing evidence thresholds and mathematics except explicit approved accounting amendments. Reuse existing seams; any necessary prefactoring precedes behavior changes within this slice. No release, deployment, or parent-issue changes.

Acceptance criteria

  • Top titlebox reads exactly 🐺 Fenris by Bongbetic, falling back exactly to Fenris by Bongbetic when wolf rendering is unsupported/width-unstable; never show tofu or unstable layout. Lifespan headline remains a data surface.
  • Remove the duplicate maker credit from service facts and supersede old header placement only. CLI status never gains the TUI identity surfaces.
  • Vendor wear renders under Drive health with thermal/spare/error/shutdown/power/capacity/written-total context and remains context, not a second projection. Missing values remain honest unavailable facts.
  • Keep operational Settings read-only for device selector, baseline/provenance and retention, with display-preference information accommodated for the later preference slice; no custom colour editor or collector-setting changes.
  • Preserve continuity parity, deliberate-pause block, separate q QUIT TUI rail, global controls, disclosure access and launch polkit banner lifecycle.
  • Headless rendered-screen tests verify normal/fallback title, single maker-credit placement, health grouping, TUI-only branding, paused/empty/error states and preserved quit/auth behavior. Reuse current dashboard clarity and parity tests rather than asserting only widget structure.
