Question

After ModeProfile, Auto-policy, charge-preset, per-app rule, and event-hook decisions close, publish the complete field-level TOML schema for v1. Include canonical tables and arrays, required fields, defaults, units, cross-field constraints, migration table, named validation errors, capability-mismatch behavior, and an example portable document. Confirm all SRS user-settable parameters are covered and fixed/non-configurable invariants remain excluded.
