Force re-indexing in build-xbps.sh so a rebuilt package replaces its old index entry

xbps-rindex -a skips a package whose version is already indexed, so rebuilding the same version left the old checksum in the repository index and xbps-install rejected the new file with 'checksum does not match repository index'.
