chore(icons): switch to shared Voca family mark (#704)

Browse Source 
Replace the old traced app icon and tray SVGs with the approved family
mic geometry from VocaHQ/.github brand assets. Regenerate vocalinux.com
favicons and logo PNGs/WebPs from the same source. No version bump.

Per brand book §9 and §10.
