chore: remove stale setup.py and build-website.sh (#326)

- Remove setup.py: redundant with pyproject.toml, had drifted deps
  (missing pywhispercpp, psutil, evdev; no platform markers; stale
  Python 3.12 max). pip has supported pyproject.toml since v21.3 (2021).
- Remove build-website.sh: broken script referencing non-existent
  fix-paths.sh. Web deploy is handled by npm scripts and GitHub Actions.
- Clean up CI triggers: remove setup.py and setup.cfg references from
  distro-test-matrix.yml and unified-pipeline.yml path filters.
