The guided installer overstated local-only privacy and ranked

util-linux-extra does not exist on Ubuntu 22.04 (package split landed in
24.04). Listing it unconditionally in APT_PACKAGES_UBUNTU breaks
install.sh on 22.04-based distros such as Linux Mint.

Replace Ubuntu VERSION_ID gate with apt-cache show probe (per review
feedback). Handles Ubuntu derivatives (Mint, Zorin) whose VERSION_ID
does not match the noble base where util-linux-extra exists.

* fix(installer): replace ★ with * to fix box border alignment
The ★ character (U+2605) renders as 2 columns wide in most terminals,
but the box padding assumes 1 column. This pushes the right border │
one column past the intended box edge, making it appear cut off.
Replacing with ASCII * (always 1 column) fixes the alignment.
