Spec: Voculinux — Void Linux (glibc) Wayland/niri port of Vocalinux

What to build

The desktop app picks up exactly its share of the Carbon-mapped direction and no more: operating-system theme variables keep driving the interface as today, while recording state and the primary action take the house teal accent through one small, central hook. Dictation overlay signal colours stay exactly as they are, red stays reserved for recording and destructive actions, and no Carbon components, blue, or remote typefaces enter the app.

Acceptance criteria

Recording state and the primary action render in the house teal accent in both light and dark system themes, meeting contrast expectations against their backgrounds.
All other surfaces continue to follow system theme variables; switching the system theme requires no app restart to look correct, matching current behaviour.
Overlay listening and processing colours are unchanged, verified against their previous values.
The accent is defined in one place, so a later palette change is a one-line edit.
