soubarnak ea7be5f111 feat(identity): rename user-visible identity to voculinux with one-time legacy import
The fork takes its own name everywhere a user can see it: binaries
(voculinux, voculinux-gui), desktop entry, autostart, tray, D-Bus
namespace (com.voculinux.Voculinux, no alias for the old name),
config/data/cache dirs, single-instance lock, IBus engine identity,
tray icons, resource prefixes, VOCULINUX_* environment names, and the
update-checker user agent. The internal Python module stays vocalinux
and the distribution metadata keeps the upstream URLs as provenance.

On first run a previous Vocalinux install's config.json, custom
dictionary, and portal restore token are copied once into the new
locations (new config always wins, no merge, no write-back); models
re-resolve through the pinned-checksum download path. An offline
naming-sweep test proves no old-name strings remain on user-visible
surfaces outside the allowlist.

# pyproject.toml takes the version from `vocalinux.version.__version__`
# (tool.setuptools.dynamic), so renaming the wheel left its own metadata
# saying 0.16.1 while the filename claimed 0.16.1.dev<date>+<sha>. pip
# tolerated that; uv rejects it as a malformed wheel, and the AppImage
# build has installed with uv since #743 — which is what broke nightly.
# __version_info__ is deliberately left alone: a dev/local suffix has no
# meaningful place in a numeric tuple, and nothing builds from it.

### Installation
#### Quick Install (Recommended)
Download the wheel file below and install:
\`\`\`bash
pip install voculinux-${{ steps.version.outputs.version }}-py3-none-any.whl
\`\`\`
#### From PyPI (Stable)
For the latest stable release:
\`\`\`bash
pip install voculinux
\`\`\`
#### Using Install Script
\`\`\`bash
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/VocaHQ/vocalinux/main/install.sh | bash
\`\`\`
#### AppImage (no install, no root)
Download the \`.AppImage\` matching your CPU (\`x86_64\` or \`aarch64\`) below:
\`\`\`bash
chmod +x Voculinux-${{ steps.version.outputs.version }}-x86_64.AppImage
./Voculinux-${{ steps.version.outputs.version }}-x86_64.AppImage
\`\`\`
Requires \`xdotool\`/\`wtype\`/\`ydotool\` on the host for text injection, same as the PyPI install path.
