Jatin K MalikandGitHub a507b16c89 fix(aur): move clipboard and wtype tools to optdepends (#586) ...

Demote xclip, wl-clipboard, and wtype from hard depends to optdepends.
These are injection/clipboard fallbacks (alongside existing xdotool);
IBus and other primary paths may not need them on every install.

Responds to AUR feedback (Ataraxy, comment #1079450). Follow-up to #579
(virtual python-pywhispercpp); AUR picks this up on the next v* publish.
