* fix(ibus): retry and recover from transient socket failures

Harden IBus injection against connection-refused, timeout, and engine process races so dictation is more resilient in real-world desktop sessions.

Ultraworked with [Sisyphus](https://github.com/code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent)

* fix(text-injection): fallback to non-IBus backend on runtime IBus failures

Allow dictation to continue when IBus runtime injection fails by automatically switching to xdotool/wtype/ydotool fallbacks instead of returning an immediate failure.
