Assemble docs/spec/dashboard-clarity.md from the locked decisions — five additions, wording strings, criteria pointers, README dashboard-instructions section, changelog/release-notes guidance — so an implementer needs no ticket access.   • docs/spec/dashboard-clarity.md created — status decision-complete, companion to the frozen redesign spec: five additions (§1 header/credit, §2 continuity line, §3 paused state block, §4 quit rail, §5 auth banner), changelog/release-notes mechanism (§6: KaC shape, fail-closed extractor, body assembly + PATCH re-sync, discipline), verbatim string register (§7), README "Reading the dashboard" section verbatim (§8 — the map's README fog, decided here; edit itself is execution).
  • docs/spec/acceptance-criteria.md: new section "Dashboard clarity and release notes" appending DC-1–DC-8 verbatim from Write the dashboard clarity acceptance criteria; TUI-4 binding parenthetical amended per Q2 — footer p pause · r resume · c collect · d disclosures + bordered quit rail q QUIT TUI (rail owns quit; footer drops q), citing Lock the dashboard wording strings.

Implementer needs no ticket access: spec + register + glossary are the handoff. No glossary or ADR change. Execution (code, tests, README edit, releases) is out of scope — fresh effort.
