Odin v1: terminal benchmark and health suite specification

What to build

A user sees Quick CPU context and valid Standard single-worker and effective-entitlement throughput results.

Acceptance criteria

  • Run pinned sysbench 1.0.20 prime search with cpu-max-prime=20000, three ten-second trials for one worker and for the approved effective-entitlement worker count.
  • Record native events/s, actual workers, allowed CPUs, affinity, cgroup quota, throttling, helper identity, and validity outcome.
  • Show a narrow integer-workload interpretation, reasoned capability skips, and partial outcomes after timeout or stop.
