What to build

A user sees safe protocol-specific drive evidence and replacement advice scoped to the observed device and transport.

Acceptance criteria

Discover native NVMe/HDD and applicable SMART evidence with supported smartctl interpretation and optional qualified NVMe data; never guess a transport or start a self-test.
Record parser/tool versions, source, scope, observation time, permissions, device mapping, and unknown states.
Distinguish device-reported failure or repeated device-attributable integrity errors from endurance, temperature, interface errors, and low performance when giving advice.
