What to build

A Standard run reports Bash startup, interactive prompt readiness, and checked builtin arithmetic as separate results.

Acceptance criteria

Collect 30 clean direct-startup and 30 clean PTY prompt-readiness samples without running user startup files by default.
Run three timed pinned arithmetic trials and reject output unless the sum equals 43824450000.
Preserve Bash version, native timings/throughput, sample counts, modes, and invalid or unavailable outcomes.
