What to build

A Standard run measures installed Python startup and warmed parsing on the shared deterministic language corpus.

Acceptance criteria

Prepare the approved 1,048,576-record ASCII input outside timing; verify the pinned corpus SHA-256, record count, and weighted sum 266529503798272.
Measure 30 clean process-to-marker startup trials and three fixed five-second warmed throughput windows after declared warmup.
Preserve source/input pack, interpreter, protocol, native values, output verification, and capability/timeout outcomes.
