Odin v1: terminal benchmark and health suite specification

What to build

The offline browser probe includes the corrected Markdown editor fixture and eight checked editing actions.

Acceptance criteria

Generate the approved 1,024-line, 32 KiB fixture and use one-based editor line numbers; preserve its initial SHA-256 identity.
Exercise corrected insert, bold, find, replace, heading, delete, undo, and redo triggers in order; check visible state and full-document digest after each.
Use the expected states and digests in the editor reconciliation decision, not the conflicting original script; reject a no-op search, wrong undo, or preview mismatch.
