Odin v1: terminal benchmark and health suite specification

What to build

A Standard run executes the full Odin-owned browser interaction workload and stores its valid p95 or precise incomplete outcome.

Acceptance criteria

Run two untimed warmup cycles and ten measured grid/board/editor cycles for exactly 240 valid positive finite action-to-visible-update samples.
Compute nearest-rank p95 as sorted item 228 of 240; preserve every action, independent state check, context, and a five-minute end-to-end stage deadline.
Package plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript and all assets offline with rights/notice evidence and a canonical content-addressed manifest; reject unlisted assets, symlinks, or path traversal.
Qualify headed/headless and installed software identities separately; wrong output, focus loss, external request, failed timing, crash, or timeout withholds the browser domain.
Run an unscored outbound-blocked offline smoke test; numerical score remains withheld until mode-specific physical calibration.
