Odin v1: terminal benchmark and health suite specification

What to build

A user can explicitly prepare and run pinned reference browser and language software with results distinguished from installed mode.

Acceptance criteria

Preparation records origin, version, digest, size, license/notice inventory, and cache location before a run; an ordinary run never downloads or installs.
Use the approved browser and language protocols under prepared-reference software with distinct result and comparison identities.
Show raw results until each prepared mode has its own qualified physical reference corpus; no installed-mode reference silently transfers.
