Odin v1: terminal benchmark and health suite specification

What to build

A user can exchange versioned run records locally with default redaction and explicit provenance.

Acceptance criteria

Export portable machine-readable raw trials, summaries, identities, coverage, health evidence, advice, and units with schema/calculation versions.
Default export redacts hostname, username, home paths, serials, and stable hardware IDs; full fidelity requires explicit choice and preview.
Explain any privacy/comparability conflict instead of silently leaking identifiers or removing critical fields.
Import only after schema and integrity checks; mark imported provenance and preserve original run identity.
