What to build

A release reviewer can inspect physical Arm support, repeatability, browser, GPU, and seven-domain shared-reference evidence.

Acceptance criteria

Boot required aarch64 distro/libc cells physically and match functional, headed glibc, package, driver, and capability claims to exact tested builds.
Exercise a real hardware GPU/display, installed headed/headless browser pairs, bounded direct-I/O storage, available health telemetry, and full seven-domain coverage in a qualified cell.
Collect six complete Standard runs across two days/cold boots and apply workload, domain, headline, and cross-boot spread gates; preserve valid outliers.
Check three alternating TUI/plain pairs against the 5% UI-overhead gate and review cross-architecture comparability against the shared physical reference.
