Odin v1: terminal benchmark and health suite specification

What to build

A release reviewer can see reproducible guest-compatibility evidence for all eight required certification cells.

Acceptance criteria

Exercise Void glibc/musl, Debian 13 glibc, and Fedora 44 glibc on x86_64 and aarch64 with pinned image, package, kernel, runtime, and device/probe manifests.
Check native install/upgrade/removal, CLI/plain output, terminal restore, Quick/Standard, cancellation, saved partial runs, capability skips, minimal/SSH use, and representative failure cases.
In all six glibc cells, check headed UI, keyboard, qualified mouse, resize, fallbacks, and headed browser function; preserve separate score qualification rules.
Mark VM measurements raw-only and claims guest-scoped; a VM does not certify physical devices or bare metal.
