Odin v1: terminal benchmark and health suite specification

What to build

A user can explicitly select deeper memory pressure and scheduler diagnostics with a clear estimate and containment.

Acceptance criteria

Show duration, memory, stress, and capability requirements before selection; ordinary Quick/Standard runs do not include active pressure.
Use applicable containment and an independent watchdog; refuse an unsafe pressure module with a reason rather than relaxing headroom.
Record workload identity, loaded-response statistics, pressure context, stop/cancel outcome, and partial evidence separately from Standard score inputs.
