What to build

A Standard run checks a bounded memory region and reports observed errors without claiming to certify all RAM.

Acceptance criteria

Run one finite memtester 4.7.1 pass over at most 256 MiB only with safe headroom; preserve allocation, locked bytes, completed patterns, errors, and timeout.
Capture available EDAC/RAS before and after; distinguish historical counts, observed changes, and unavailable evidence.
Detected memory corruption stops the full run and withholds headline eligibility while preserving partial evidence.
