What to build

A Standard run reports memory bandwidth and scheduler responsiveness under idle and bounded load as distinct measurements.

Acceptance criteria

Run STREAM 5.10 Copy and Triad with cache-exceeding arrays and safe retained memory headroom; preserve its native best-iteration statistic and three independent runs.
Run the pinned schbench idle/loaded protocol in three 15-second pairs with bounded stress-ng 0.22.01 load; preserve p50/p95/p99, achieved load, sample counts, and PSI deltas.
Keep loaded responsiveness outside the numerical memory-bandwidth domain; skip when safe resources or required cache facts are unavailable.
