Odin v1: terminal benchmark and health suite specification

What to build

A user can switch among all three approved TUI layouts while retaining run, history, warning, and accessibility behavior.

Acceptance criteria

  • Add Guided Run and Run Ledger beside default Mission Control with approved plan/live/summary/history/advice navigation.
  • Keep every action keyboard-accessible; qualify mouse reporting, focus, scroll, resize, theme, ASCII, low-color, plain, and screen-reader-friendly paths.
  • Layout changes do not alter measurement identity, worker execution, saved evidence, or terminal restoration.
