What to build

A user can separately select visible GPU presentation and deeper bounded storage work without changing Standard score membership.

Acceptance criteria

Visible GPU presentation opens a window only after explicit selection, reports presentation capability distinctly, and never uses an automatic KMS fallback.
Queued random read, durable/sync write, integrity verification, and larger sustained-media file work each show an explicit duration/write budget and require consent where applicable.
Keep result identities and limits separate from Standard compute/render and burst-path storage results; preserve unsafe/unavailable and cleanup outcomes.
