fix(ui): reduce settings dialog height to prevent overflow on lower-res screens (#456)
Reduce dialog height ratio from 50% to 40% of viewport and revert Advanced tab scrolled window min_content_height from 500px back to 350px. The 500px min content height (introduced for Remote Server section) forced the dialog to grow beyond its viewport cap on screens under 1000px tall, causing it to dominate lower-resolution displays.
