fix(settings): force window decorations on settings dialog (#333)
Fix missing close button in settings window title bar on Ubuntu 22.04 (GNOME 42). The dialog was created with flags=0 and no transient parent, which causes GTK to not apply decorations on certain window managers. Explicitly call set_decorated(True) to ensure the close button is always visible regardless of WM hints. Fixes #323
