Import the vocalinux source tree onto the Gitea template repo.

  • Adds the project tree (tray app, Next.js site in web/, packaging, installers, docs, tests).
  • Adds a .gitignore for pycache/ and *.pyc.
  • Replaces the template README with the project README.
  • Keeps the template CI files: .gitea/workflows/ci.yml, .jscpd.json, CI.md.
