Patch release for the leftover-launcher warning (#52, #54).

• Version 0.19.1 in version.py, the Void template (version and _tag), README, UPDATE, CHANGELOG, RELEASE_PROCESS table and web metadata.
• Docs now say bash packaging/void/publish-release.sh.
• The sdist checksum stays the placeholder: the release build records it in its build tree only.

Tests run locally: rename sweep, Void template, release build, publish and workflow tests, legacy import.
