Odin v1: terminal benchmark and health suite specification

What to build

A user can start a bounded Quick capability scan from the public CLI, see a plain summary, and reopen a local run record even when checks are unavailable or the run is cancelled.

Acceptance criteria

  • A normal executable CLI reports stable exit status, selected profile, capability outcomes, and reasons for unavailable checks in plain output.
  • A supervised unprivileged run records environment, time-ordered outcomes, partial evidence, cleanup status, and a schema/calculation identity in a per-user local data directory.
  • Quick capability discovery makes no storage benchmark fixture, download, device-changing command, or self-test; interruption preserves previously committed history and reports whether the current run was saved.
  • Behavior is verified at the public CLI and saved run-record boundary with controlled capabilities and worker outcomes.

Blocked by

None (can start immediately).
